We are looking for a professional and self-motivated Admin Assistant with previous Customer Service and Office experience.

The position will initially be part time and grow in time (likely to increase in 2017).  This role is under development and as such you will need to document every aspect for future training purposes. 


- Communicate with clients over the phone, by text and email

- Use template emails following a process for each genre of photography, with some customisation

- Schedule appointments and coordinate with team - HMUA, Photographer, Assistant, Sales Rep as necessary)

- Prepare studio space for client presentations and photoshoots

- Process client orders

- Maintain Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)

- Represent Photography by Anna Marie at events, trade shows, networking opportunities

- Develop and document the process of Admin Assistant for handing off at a later stage as you move into a new role

- Carry out updates to website

- Assist at Weddings and Events: carrying bags,

             holding lights,
             changing batteries,

             switching lenses and SD cards,

             arranging groups for photos,

             being a 2nd pair of eyes - looking over details (hair makeup) for portraits for instance

             fetching things

             taking notes as necessary

             filming behind the scenes

             preparing details to be photographed 


- A Levels or high grades at GCSE.  English B as a minimum.

- Minimum of 1 yr Customer Service and/or Office experience

- Must have a mobile phone with unlimited minutes and text messaging (and be willing to use for the role)

- Be able to drive and preferably have access to a vehicle 


- Experience using Photoshop and/or Lightroom

- Experience with Social Media:  Facebook, Instagram, Google+ or Blogs, Pinterest, Twitter

- Previous experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations

- Makeup skills desirable but not necessary


- Motivated and self-driven

- Highly organised and detaid oriented

- Good people skills

- Strong phone skills

- Competent with IT - especially Typing, Email, Spreadsheets and Documents


- Compensation:  Initially compensation will be on the low side - around £7 ph for admin tasks but I anticipate this will grow with the job

- Opportunity to make 7.5%-10% on completed sales,  with bonuses as incentives

- Training in skills necessary for the role

* Images taken by Anna Marie will be gifted to the Admin Assistant, and may be used as a training tool, or for use in marketing or social media
